TAMBIISA (U) Ltd is a Private Limited Export Company that was established and incorporated in Uganda in 2008. With its offices and a state-of-the-art factory located in Makindye, Ssabagobo, Lugga zone, Wakiso district, the company is one of Uganda’s leading exporters of premium quality natural and organic vanilla, which is sourced directly from hundreds of smallholder organic farmers around Mountain Rwenzori.

TAMBIISA’s business model largely hinges on empowering farmers to produce unmatched quality vanilla by building their capacity to adopt Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and comply with Organic Standards for the EU, USA and other International Markets. Moreover, the company holds the assumption that good quality organic vanilla easily attracts a premium price, which trickles down to farmers, rewards their efforts and guarantees sustainable production
